What is happening?

Collaboration calls for listening, attunement and room for differences.

Our feelings, beliefs and expectations influence how we communicate, receive feedback and set boundaries.

Under pressure to perform, during disagreements or in times of change, those feelings and expectations can take over.

This affects how we collaborate, use our strengths and achieve the organisation's goals.

The workshop

The workshop is based on The Return and focuses on recognisable situations from the workplace. We explore what these experiences bring up for each person and how that affects their interactions with others.

Questions around collaboration and leadership come to life as we act them out with the group. Taking different positions makes it possible to see and feel how people influence one another and where space opens up to act differently.

Practical exercises focus attention on our own feelings, thoughts and perceptions in contact with others. Participants learn to recognise automatic reactions earlier and respond more consciously, at work and beyond.

The impact on the organisation

Participants discover how underlying beliefs influence their collaboration and gain tools to act differently. Collaboration can then be carried by each person's strengths and qualities, rather than driven by limiting beliefs.

How does it work in practice?

Each workshop is shaped around a theme that fits the participants and the organisation's needs. It can be a standalone workshop or a series of sessions for deeper exploration.

Duration: a 3-hour workshop, with a full day available for deeper exploration. Lunch is arranged separately.
